Hubungan Status Gizi Pada Ibu Nifas dengan Pemulihan Masa Nifas di Desa Pakkat Hauagong Kecamatan Pakkat Tahun 2020

Abstract

       Nutrients are chemical bonds that are needed by the organs of the body to carry out the functions of each of these organs. The functions of nutrients include producing energy, building and maintaining and regulating life processes. This type of research is an analytic study with a cross sectional study design that is used to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of postpartum mothers and postpartum recovery. The research was carried out in the village of Pakkat Hauagong, Pakkat District in January-July 2020 where the number of samples was 34 people by taking total sampling. Data analysis was performed using bivariate analysis with chi scuare test at = 5%. The results showed that based on knowledge, that the majority of respondents had good nutritional status as many as 22 people (64.7%), the majority of respondents experienced good postpartum recovery as many as 22 people (64.7%). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status and postpartum recovery with a chi square test value of 0.038. It is recommended that health workers in Pakkat Hauagong village can increase the knowledge and nutritional needs of postpartum mothers to speed up recovery during the postpartum period. As well as improving services to postpartum mothers through various methods of nutrition for postpartum mothers.
