Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Kehamilan Resiko Tinggi Di Klinik Pratama Eviyanti Rokan Medan Marelan Tahun 2020
Abstract
High-risk pregnancy shows that pregnant women who have risk factors including age > 35 years, young primi, old primi, smallest child < 2 are adequate. The research design used is an analytic study with a cross sectional study approach, aiming to determine the factors associated with the incidence of high-risk pregnancies at the Pratama Eviyanti Rokan Clinic, Medan Marelan in 2020. The number of samples in this study was 30 people. With accidental sampling technique. Data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire used to obtain chi square data. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between maternal age and high risk pregnancy with p value = 0.028 (P < 0.05). There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and high risk pregnancy with p value = 0.011 (P < 0.05). Expected For pregnant women, it is recommended that pregnant women always check their pregnancy at the nearest health service to prevent early occurrence of high risk in pregnancy.
