Faktor- Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Post Partum Dalam Pemberian Kolostrum Pada Bayi Baru Lahir Di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Patimah Dingin HSB Medan Marelan Sumatera Utara Tahun 2020
Abstract
Colostrum is the first fluid secreted by the breast glands. Early feeding of colostrum to babies and continuous breastfeeding is the best protection for babies. This study was to determine the factors that influence colostrum administration to newborns. This type of analytic research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is total sampling. The analysis technique used is chi square. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that there was an effect of maternal knowledge about colostrum on the provision of colostrum to newborns at the Independent Practice of Midwife Patimah Cold Hsb Medan Marelan, North Sumatra in 2020 (p = 0.001). There is an effect of parity of mothers of newborns on the provision of colostrum to newborns at the Patimah Cold Hsb Midwife Practice, Medan Marelan, North Sumatra, 2020 (p = 0.005). There is an influence of the attitude of the mother of the newborn towards giving colostrum to the newborn at the Practice of Independent Midwives Patimah Cold Hsb Medan Marelan, North Sumatra in 2020 (p = 0.001). There is an effect of the history of the disease of the newborn mother on the provision of colostrum to the newborn at the Patimah Cold Hsb Midwife Practice, Medan Marelan, North Sumatra, 2020 (p = 0.001). The mother of the baby should try to get information about colostrum so that it will give colostrum to the newborn for the next pregnancy.
