Hyperemesis gravidarum is a severe categorized nausea of ​​vomiting if pregnant women always vomit every time they drink or eat. As a result, the tube is very weak, pale face, and the frequency of urination decreases drastically, the daily activities become disturbed and the general condition decreases. The purpose of this study was to determine Hyperemesis Gravidarumin First Trimester Hamail Mother With Anemia At subdistrict jampul district perbaungan Year 2018''.This research is an analytic survey using cross sectional approach. This research was conducted at sundistrict jampul district perbaungan July-September 2018. The population in this study were all pregnant women TM I in September as many as 31 people. The sampling technique in this research is done by total population technique as the research sample is 31 people. The results were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyzes with chi-square test.From the results of this study obtained Hyperemesis of 31 respondents pregnant women with hyperemesis as much as 16 respondents (51.6%) and pregnant women who emesis as many as 15 respondents (15%). Anemia of 31 respondents of pregnant women with hyperemesis counted 16 respondents (51.6%) and pregnant women who emesis as many as 15 respondents (15%). There is a significant relationship between hyperemesis Gravidarum in Pregnancy Trimester I with Anemia Atsubdistrict district perbaungan 2018 with probability value 0.001 or <0.05.
