Breast cancer has the highest prevalence in Indonesia, affecting adolescents. Research Methods type of research is an analytic survey research with a cross-sectional research design. The instrument used for knowledge and attitudes was a questionnaire, while for the implementation of awareness, an observation sheet was used. The sampling technique in this study used the entire population with a total sample of 88 people. Data processing using the che squer test. The Result is study shows that students have a good level of knowledge (97.2%), and the attitudes of students are classified as positive (81.5%). The statistical test results obtained from the value of p = 0.00 <α 0.05. Conclusion there is a significant relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of students towards the implementation of breast self-examination (BSE) in the early detection of breast cancer. It is hoped that the school will always conduct socialization about health to women, especially reproductive health and cooperate with health workers, especially about BSE checks.
