Maternal and infant mortality rate is a benchmark in assessing the health status of a nation, therefore the government is very stressed to reduceMaternal mortality rate through health programs. Maternal mortality and morbidity is still a major problem in developing countries. WHO estimates worldwide annually more than 585,000 mothers die during pregnancy or labor. The purpose of this study is to determine the maternal knowledge distribution of the examination Antenatal Cere At Puskesmas Dalu Ten Subdistricts Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang District 2019. The research method used is Observasional Analitik with crosssectional design is a research design that emphasizes the timing of measurement and approach. Based on the result of research about majority knowledge in the category, there are 12 respondents (43,3%), either 6 respondents (17,1%). And minority less as much as 17 respondent (48,6%) .The result of research indicate that the majority of katagorithe frequent visits of pregnant women regularly 9 respondents (25,7%), categorized not 26 regency (74,3%). Thus, it can be concluded that the majority of visitation frequency in puskesmasdalusepulu head of morawak regency deli serdang tahun 2017 is not one rmelakukan checkers kankehamilan as much as 26 respondents (74,3%). Conclusion of chi-square result The relationship between knowledge of ibuhamil with regular antenatal care at puskesmas dalu ten tanjung morawa deli district serdang tahun 2019, with degree of trust (a) 0,05 hence obtained p-value "<from 0,05.
