Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi PUS dalam Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi KB 3 Bulan
Abstract
Increasing population is one of the major problems faced by all countries, both developed and developing countries. Indonesia is one of the developing countries with the largest population increase after China, India and the United States. This study aims to determine the factors that influence Pus in the use of 3-month contraceptive methods at Harapan Baru Clinic, Inhu Regency, Riau in 2024. This research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were all mothers who used injectable birth control at the Harapan Baru Clinic from April to July 2024, namely 55 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, i.e. the entire population was sampled as many as 55 people. From the results of the analysis of the characteristic relationship (mother's education) with the use of contraceptive injections using the chi squre test at an error rate of 5%, the result is that the value of p = 0.130 > α (0.05) and the results of the analysis of the relationship between knowledge and the use of contraceptives using the chi test squre at an error rate of 5% obtained the result that the value of p = 0.026 <α (0.05). For the Puskesmas to further improve family planning services so that the morbidity of mothers and children can be prevented and can provide sufficient information to the public about the importance of using contraceptives.
